Shiplap walls have become very popular these past few years. The name refers to thin wood boards that have joints that overlap each other. This gives the boards a tight seal. It also creates a bit of a shadow between the boards that provides for a very cool look. People love the farmhouse-type look they give to a room. Here you see the shiplap going up on this stairwell wall in this home in Canton that we were working on here at CT Remodeling. Tomorrow, we'll show you what it looks like when the flooring was added.
